Orders
All orders placed through this site are requests. A contract is formed only when Dubai Fine Foods confirms your order by email with a delivery window and final total. Prices shown before launch are proposals in UAE dirhams, VAT inclusive, and are confirmed at order time.
Payment
No payment is taken on this website. Consumer orders are payable on delivery (card or cash); corporate orders are invoiced by bank transfer with agreed terms.
Delivery
Delivery areas, days and fees are described on the delivery page and confirmed with your order. Risk passes on handover.
Damages and returns
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will replace or refund the affected items at your choice. Perishable-quality claims beyond that window cannot be accepted for ambient goods.

Content, photography-style illustrations and the brand are the property of Dubai Fine Foods. Do not scrape, resell or misrepresent the catalogue. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
