How an order becomes a delivery
No payment is taken on this site. You send an order request, we confirm by email within one working day, and you pay on delivery (card or cash) or by transfer for corporate invoices.

Build a basket or hamper and send the order request with your delivery area and preferred date.
We confirm
Within one working day: final total, delivery window and any swaps (with your approval) if something has sold out.
You receive
Gift-wrapped, carded and handed over — pay on delivery or by transfer against the invoice.

Sunday–Thursday, order by 6pm for next-day
Abu Dhabi
Monday & Thursday, order by 6pm the day before

Packaging promise
- Rigid gift boxes with ribbon and tissue — presentable on arrival, no plastic wrap.
- Thermal wrap on chocolate orders during May–September.
- Every item date-labelled; ambient shelf-stable assortment only at launch.
- Handwritten card included — write your line at checkout.
