What we collect and why
When you send an order request, quote request or message, we receive the details you type (name, contact details, delivery area, message and the contents of your basket). We use them only to answer you and fulfil the order. This site sets no advertising or third-party analytics cookies; your basket and theme preference are stored in your own browser only.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent personal data.
- We do not run advertising trackers or social pixels.
- We do not take card details on this site — payment happens on delivery or by bank transfer.
Retention
Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted within 90 days. Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and warranty purposes.
Your controls
Email hello@dubaifinefoods.com to ask what we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Clearing your browser storage removes the basket and preferences kept on your device.
